Unfortunately, whilst the power maniac President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the Mad Mullahs retain their stranglehold on power in Iraq and they continue to destabilise countries in its region, the liklehood of war will continue to escalate. Anyone who believes that Iraq is developing nuclear power for peaceful means ONLY must be living on another planet. Or maybe, they are so politically aligned with Iran, that they can't see the inevitable consequences of its actions.
