I believe the superannuation amount in FY2021 was an abnormal amount due to JobKeeper - super was not payable on the JobKeeper top up payment. So it hasn't drastically increased in FY2022 - FY2022 was paid as per normal.
So it's roughly the same for both year once you add a notional $420k to FY2021's super amount; factoring in that FY2022 the rate increased by 0.5% to 10%.
