I'm not a 100% sure but the sale of 5 or 6 million shares would have to be a director and my guess is Greg P. It could be Ross S selling off his last stake but if Greg is the one selling to someone at the lowest price for tax purposes or other gain or what ever I'm concerned.
If there was a benefit for the sale and purchase at the lowest possible price this might be related to the lack of news and in this case a forever drifting downward of the share price.
I will be interested to see the change in substantial shareholder notice that will have to be released to the market.
