It would be interesting to find out how those other airlines have treated their passengers who have been stranded because of the volcano or at any other time. I doubt if they would be looked after the way that Qantas staff looked after us recently due to an unavoidable delay in our flight from Melbourne to LA. Give me Qantas any day - they listen and they speak my language.
