couldn't agree more - it's and insiders stock - all raises are sorted internally as raising on market would be a problem, or possible but way below market. It's either that or there getting looked at by another business or businesses purely for the technology whom may have the money, marketing and alliances in its own businesses to gain the traction and growth necessary to sustain the business until break even as a start. we have already seen one strange quickly retracted bid but I don't think they would keep putting money into a dead horse if the odds were against 'em.
