In the gas business,

• Resources = gas volume at the surface.
• Gas in place = gas volume in the ground.

Two questions for you;

1. Can you please point out where the gas resource calculations in my post are farcical?
2. Can you please explain by Hancock Energy prepared to pay over $400 million for 195 BCF of gas in the South Erregulla gas field?
