don’t know about the company stuff. Company tax is 30% not sure if a company gets the discount after 12 months, would assume so. If you register as a share trader as opposed to an investor you can claim expenses against other income and the only other real advantage is that capital losses can be offset against other income rather then having to make a capital gain to offset it against.
