We've been moving into our new house, started painting with other renos next... change is good tho hard!
There's also change @ Inca in 2023 with Rob doing work elsewhere, budget concerns and the upcoming East Arunta project which is all potentially good but hard too.
As Allens and others have pointed out, Rob remains fully invested with Inca... 5% of Oz projects and plenty of shares (like others).
And as Matt pointed out, finances going forward can be done a number of ways, so it's a wait and see game.
Personally, I have a lot of respect for Rob and the way he found our stella projects and helped Inca be a first mover in ET and EA... not to mention his first luv McC.
However, being ex-Rio, he's used to big budgets and doing things by the book, which means he's not used to running off the smell of an oily rag and making ends meet ie "to pay for the things that you need to live when you have little money."
This major mentally, in part, lead to big drilling campaigns (8x1km drill holes) and wanting thorough analysis of the cores which obviously cost a packet and created cash burn for this little exploration company.
However, to be fair, we haven't heard much about the ET assays yet AND the potential billion tonne phosphate find to the south-east is massive... I still can't believe people aren't chirping more about this and how it's shallow sediment is money for jam that will help fund our other projects, in time.
In short, I'm grateful for Rob's sublime project generation skills but happy to see his departure for financial reasons.
