Orbis have a 16.2%..this is probably their largest holding in any company/trust at this moment.....do you seriously believe that they had no idea that they were about to be screwed?

Let's wait for confirmation of the details....the recap, as discussed on HC, assumes they have sold no assets, however their recent statements indicate that that was certainly their intention.

It hard to believe at this point in this vastly better economic climate, that management have not been able to negotiate a better deal than that which has been speculated on HC.
