Great lay of the land. The fundamentals of NVX are excellent, and it clearly wasn't a coincidence that they made a song and a dance of their impressive reduced emissions report a year ago.

@Sy8 do we know it was submitted in Dec, not Nov or Oct? We do know that NVX have been engaging with the DoE and LPO for a long long while and have progressed past the first and arguably most difficult hurdles in the loan application.

The SP could do anything (unlikely to be positive now) until a decent announcement is made... but lookout when it comes. IMO, all roads initially point to VW offtake, Chattanooga greenfield site, HUGE DoE loan. Maybe some customer prepayment, but I don't see a CR as a likely outcome if all goes vaguely to plan.
