If they’re selling could it just be to ensure the %allocation doesn’t change. Eg if the overall value drops from 1.3 to 1.2B they would have to sell shares at what ever the current price to ensure the % allocation stays the same?
if market went up overall they’d prob have to buy more shares, etc. etc.
I might be naive but I thought the whole point of etf’s was that they didn’t “trade” or play games.
