There is an expectation rate will rise to 6% this year which will increase expectations in the stock maket and result in a fall generally of 40 to 50% which includes RMS. The asx always pays returns 3% above the bank rate which will require a stock market correction.
RMS is only paying 1% return, has high cash costs and the gold is approaching a bear market. The market will expect returns on investment of around 5% from RMS. RMS has been in prodduction for a number of years and not delivered any great results.
My prediction of 45 cents is very conservative considering my gold price prediction is $1350 usd ounce.
