I wonder if they did the presentation first, give the market a few days to explode the SP into the 7c range (hypothetically), then do the CR. Could they be accused of a pump & dump? Are there rules about CR's? Are there black out periods before CRs??
I don't know the answer to any of those questions, just speculating.
