Well no surprise to see this and at current FX rates the offer is equivalent to $102.50 which is a little low in my opinion but a premium none the less.
Big question now is whether Polo will sell out of EXT? Give this is a 100% share offer, no cash is needed so Polo can keep hold of EXT??
