    - what "fundamental catalysts did not materialise during 2022 when they were expected"?

    i'm only aware of one holder predicting "25c, 50c and above" (much respect @crazydave1942) whereas i believe consensus & myself were reasonably grounded having based our analysis on fundamentals:

    12 months ago no one could have predicted the catastrophic industry events that occured like the MAJOR crypto scams, thefts, frauds & collapses; or that ICI's Misfits $4m project would be delayed due to the NFT market collapsing a month or two before its launch that necessitated a complete revamp of the whole project/concept, which is in the works: https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/list-of-key-links-to-icandy-group-related-projects-websites-socials-people-etc.7123009/page-449?post_id=66125191, etc

    - as to estimating when projects will drop, that exact question was asked at September 2022's AMA & investor demo day; some related quotes:

    SH QUESTION: "Is Metal Genesis going as planned?"

    KWL ANSWER: "So for those not familiar, it's the AAA mecha robot game title that we are developing out of Lemon Sky. We have about 90 people working on that product today. It's one of major push for us. And if you go to metalgenesis.game, we just launched a website. You'll see it's pretty stunning."

    SH QUESTION: "Exactly how we are publishing it? Are we going to publish it on Steam, or any other platform?"

    KWL ANSWER: "That's something that we will look at as we get closer to an actual production version of the game."

    SH QUESTION: "I enjoy reading company presentation by some companies. Those presentations show a timeline of various projects, performance, various financial metrics. Do we plan [incoherent] presentation to inform investors?"

    KWL ANSWER: "It's far more complicated for us. We also don't want to set the wrong expectation. Making games is a production process in the studio. We constantly shift our timeline back and forth and we have to test many metrics before we know what performance we are expecting. What financial metrics we are expecting in the game? It's not easy to do that. We would rather not mislead investors by putting up a set of metrics that will not be true in a couple of days time potentially, right? So we just rather focus on building products, keeping investors informed of our products and on conference calls like this."

    - i disagree KWL is "staying silent" there's information in appropriate channels; there's at least 7 interviews/speaking engagements/conferences since September 13, 2022; that's 7 in less than 5 months (https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/ann-quarterly-activities-appendix-4c-cash-flow-report.7205035/page-149?post_id=66044466). but again, YES!!!, everyone here agrees there should be a torrent of newsflow, that would be welcomed

    - as to "official ASX announcements", weekly & monthly would be awesome!!! But SERIOUSLY to expect that from ANY company is unreasonble. however, again, i repeat: everyone agrees that a more comprehensive quarterly business update with a lot more commentary & fine details is appropriate & required, & the company recently acknowledged my complaint in that regard! i was assured that an investor presentation is in the works & that such feedback from SH was appreciated.

    - SP aside, i think ICI has done EXTREMELY well in the past 12 months by becoming net profitable for H1. CFP+ for Q3. grew cash receipts to $29.4m for FY22 compared to ONLY $1.2m TOTAL receipts in FY21, which, thanks to the LSS acqusition is a company-making YoY increase of 2350%; the company is currently sitting on $18m+ cash after having paid ALL of the cash componenets of the acquisitions. a dozen 100% owned projects are in the works including two potential near-AAA games (Metal Genesis & AnotherVerse) that have a combined +110 strong development team working on them, & are expected to launch (not fully) THIS year. LSS/WFH grew ~75% YoY (from $15.5m FY22 to $27m~ FY23) & it should grow a further 15-20% this year due to +3 year backlog & headcount increasing in FY22 by +20% to accommodate known growth

    - i can no longer give you "quality engagement" if you're being a broken record, parroting exactly the same things ad infinitum!
