On a different note, the case against 'shambling Twitter identity', Stock Swami concluded yesterday with a win to the plaintiff. The weekend Oz reports swami has been hit with an adverse $300k damages judgement plus costs, with an estimate cost of the swami's legal bill totalling ~$2m. Court also heard that bankruptcy is possible.
Curiously, our Tom in the AFR reported the case as a partial win for the plaintiff. Admittedly this is from an excerpt from his report due to the paywall, but still...
