the extra $34m from options (issued in the Feb 2021 raising) exercising takes it to $324m raised then, my mistake. I had it closer to $400m from memory, but it’s been a while since I followed core’s finances in detail.

They are also not making regular earnings as yet, there has been one DSO sale and commissioning isn’t complete so there is further capital spending to come.

The first quarterly after commissioning will be of interest to be able to accurately work out the cost of the build. My point was not to dig into the finer details of CXOs finances, rather their estimated VS actual capital spend in comparison with ESS estimated capital spend per the scoping study. On this front I don’t think ESS compares too badly.

I think it is a somewhat moot point anyway as I don’t see pioneer dome being developed by ESS. I was just bringing attention to your comparison of costs in CXOs DFS and the ESS scoping study.

I will be voting no at 50 cents if it comes to that, but i think the vote will probably go through if we don’t receive a better offer.
