the last thing we want is STO making a bid before the ESG Qtrly comes out announcing really good news

AOE accepted +34.7% to its one month VWAP so if STO was to follow suit then the offer now would only be $0.985 x 1.347 = $1.33

while that $1.33 in my range of $1-$2 I would wait for a counterbid like the AOE holders are hoping for , so I can get at least $2 per share or even more
