When blasting the rock, it moves in multiple directions. Tracking the movement is the important part, so the diggers know what is ore and what is waste. Having high staff turnover or inadequately trained people in the pit makes it harder to ensure waste isn't loaded into trucks heading to the ROM pad. They've implemented measures to address this but we're yet to see the results. The March Quarterly is the big one, to show that grade is now 0.9-1.0 g/t.
