    An article where Dr Alesi Recion is quoted.
    It is mainly about getting low quantity Li from brine, a by product of oil and gas wells, using DLE  in Alberta Canada Government and automaker support to use DLE although not yet done commercially.
    The reason given  as it is more sustainable and more tax credits for European EV makers.
    Li from this source has a lower C02 footprint, meaning a higher credit in Europe.
