For mine, IF, and it's a bloody big if, there Is value left in RGS, the smart/easy play would be to wait for the inevitable administration/wind up notice and pick it up for pennies on the dollar.
Perhaps a savvy bigger player with a presence and funds could also fo down the path of scaring Kyocera (market cap in the billions) enough to settle a few $mil to cover some or all of the purchase cost.
The absolute reality here is RGS has zero future in its current form, im talking weeks/months
