For those who are unaware, the chairman of Akora, Mike Stirzaker, is also the chairman of Base resources.

Base have had the project in Toliara on hold for a bit over 3 years due to the issues with the mining code being approved.

I have no doubt Paul has somewhat of a window to what's going on with Base and Madagascar, although I'm sure there's a lot of information that's commercial in confidence that can't be shared.

The thread for Base's latest quarterly may provide some frustrating insight to their situation.

Whilst "frustrating", it isn't bad or even negative, which I guess can be taken as a positive.
