exactly. 60m is an average but it can be anywhere between ~45m and ~75m. And all the reasons you mentioned are legit. We don't know what is causing it though.
But my view is those holes are more than 600m anyway. I thought they will be closer to 800m.
Yes, we will all (not most) be happy with the last possibility.
