I also discovered recently that there is an international body called ACESS. Australia, Canada, Singapore, Switzerland, and United Kingdom are members. It was established in 2007. The purpose is to promote collaboration between each country's medical regulatory authority, thereby reducing duplication and burden when assessing therapeutic products.
