    all signals were in place...
    the board keep pumping hope??on the back of placements ..
    is there any hope..
    keep calling the board..
    almost 200 millions wiped out on the diligence of the board..
    was the trap set on the word hope..
    pumps jobs..
    and they blame the pumps..
