Putting it in a figure perspective ........ to highlight the AFR report was IMO terribly misleading! as it didn't mention vesting conditions to the performance shares issued.

There was
$1,9962,210 paid in salary/consulting fees ~ Short Term Employment Benefits (there were actually 8 employees salaries)
$64,803 ~ post employment
$11,542,272 ~ share based payments (value of performance shares)
All the above totalled $13,569,186 which the AFR reported .......
Ferguson has over 51 million shares tied up in the Company's suspension, his annual salary is $400,000.
