Why invest now and not once the funding package has been arranged to avoid dilution? a question on everyones mind...

"once the funding package is announced, the raise which will contribute to the development of the project will be significantly higher than todays prices"
it's impossible to fact check that now and its a pretty bold claim, however there seems to be cards held pretty close to their chest to suggest that with the volume of support, QPM will have the power to charge a premium to the share price at the time.
