Ann: Change in substantial holding from MIN, page-19

Thought it happened last week, but no, assume these are GR's and our kind director's shares moving across (will find out soon enough), well timed, smoke and mirrors once again. Likely offer won't even be increased. Not worried if he gets to 50%, so what, he has our directors in his pocket already. He's never getting to 90% and that means I keep all my NWE shares and the growth to come after the drill bits go south (very soon!).
