I see a psychiatrist for PTSD, she is a more conservative doctor that prefers psychotherapy over prescriptions unless necessary, but in the end I have ended up on a few medications under her care to help get on top of things. She is an exceptional medical practitioner, very well read and thorough and she has guided me through some dark times.

Anyway I saw her last week and asked her how she felt about the TGA announcement and she has already enrolled in the clinical training for MDMA therapy, surprising given her more conservative approach to listen and use medications as the last resort, not the first. She explained it beautifully though on why it will help. And so, I understood from her that it was Mind Medicine that will be rolling out training to practitioners, she hadn't heard of Emyria.

Back to my point, and I am not saying it is correct, but if you go back through previous company presentations on the MDMA research and in particular the timelines/progress chart, it has been entirely changed in todays presentation but the announcement doesn't really explain why? It just looks like we've ordered MDMA off another supplier and we now have this "supply and care" context rather than "research and development". And if that is the case, what stops any other company that actually own bricks and mortar clinics, procuring exactly the same grade MDMA, and rolling out their own. I always thought our advantage was in our intellectual property for MDMA like compounds but it seems to have changed direction.

Just some thoughts and why I decided to take some profits all the table and sit it out waiting for some clarity. As you might have guessed, this is a lived experience thing for me and not just an investment.
