I think it may be a little early to be calling disaster. We have no idea what caused the COO to resign. I know of another smallcap where the CEO resigned, was a key person, the share price did tank. However in 6 or so months the remaining managers had the company fulfilling all the promises. Turns out the CEO who resigned did have personal tragic circumstances to deal with amd that could not be handled while building a growing company. We have no idea why COO left. It is easy to assume the worst. Rooad closure and plant access issue. Well that can and does happen in the tropics. Put it into perspective. It seems we are talking about 6 weeks or so. True, R3D is skating very close to the wind financially so that is a genuine concern but let's nolt slash our risks yet.
