Right well that's it then.. MIN now have effective control of board from my view, 40% is enough.
Combined with the contract conditions for NWE to pay for the carry over of shares to MIN (approx $2.6M incurred now), the fourth drill is now unfunded. Worst still, MIN can stiffle funds after the next three drills and run NWE into the ground. All they have to do now is sit on NWE until it falls over. Any holders at that point won't get any more than what their getting now IMO.
