mate nothing has changed when it comes to AZL and hopefully enough ppl vote against these performance rights but as for Paul running the company... he is the best man for the job. He owned the project before listing it publicly and has got it almost single handedly to where it is today.
AZL will be a beast imo Big Sandy, Prairie and a Lordsburg will make other lithium companies look like garden sheds
