what to look for in the coming phase 2 results

Some items I'll be looking for:

1) Is viral load reduction (VLR) observed in different clades;
2) Is VLR dose dependent;
3) Is VLR frequency dependent;
4) Is VLR correlated to immune response;
5) Did both arms benefit, ART and ART naiive;
6) Did all patient benefit equally;
7) What was the maximum VLR in each group;
8) Side effects;
9) How many patients returned to ART drugs;
10) Is there any mention of patient wanting continued access to the vaccine;
11) Comments from trial observers;
12) Will the outcome prompt regulatory trials in the USA.

I'm sure there are many other items to look for, however this trial is big enough to assess the benefit to patients over the treatment period, if any.

It's an exciting time for Virax and the technology platform which has already been verified via the Transgene developments. In this case, VIR-201 is a VHL therapeutic. Market cap around $17m at the moment, so upside on excellent results may be decent.
