I really don't see what the problem is here. They have been running this company on a shoe string for 4 years. During Covid they took a took a 50% reduction in pay and in that time the share price has gone from 3.5c (my lowest buy) to over $2 and now were it is. They excercised options which effectively pays Rob's salary for the year and some.

I think Rob still has 6m shares. Plus, someone spent over $3m and are currentky sitting just about breakeven. If it's such a con job by directors then more fool the buyer.
