They weren’t Insto’s that bought in recently at 20 cents, they were “life science” companies that have all been bent over and paddy-whacked by the real Insto’s.
Company got its extra rainy day funds and PH gets to repay his loan with far less associated costs. Long retail investors get completely root- cannelled.
Who couldn’t be happy.
