    Now this is a quote worthy of some emphasising - here is the Chief Geologist of the Queensland Govt literally anointing Oliver, Kevin & Tony et al and saying they are at the front of the pack.
    A person in his position is not going to go out on a limb to make such a statement unless he truly believed it.
