I couldn’t agree more with you, I am sure PAR have been approached by BP and I totally understand that getting the right partner is extremely important, that being said I can’t help but feel that having a partner earlier in the process would be far better than at the end of the trials. It my mean a bit of a sacrifice (financially speaking) but to have a partner that has a plan and experience could be advantageous in many way ( least to mention my piece of mind).
