so, i noticed mrl has still been II's sole strong buy... (and has been since the stock was above $2)
well, in case you think that's a strong endorsement...
yesterday i did some quick calcuations, taking their table of their strongest sell recommendations as at 10 june (issue 10 June, page 16) - here's what I got:
13 of the 14 stocks marked as a sell has since rose in value - the average gain was 27.88%
-the one stock that declined in value lost 3% of its value
-the all ords index rose by 12.78% in the same period
SO the guys at II actually beat the index by over 15%, with their SELL recommendations!!
some of the fund managers having trouble keeping up with the index ought to take a lesson or two from these guys. what they've done is amazing. LOL
