Different people have different goal. Yes, some from the CR may be happy to take a quick gain and sell. A person I know very well, received about 6% of the shares from the CR. He sees UNT as nothing short of 20-30 times the present price if all things far into place. He will sell but not in the foreseeable future. And I don't think the cornerstone investor is here for small gain either. The value of yesterday trade was half the total Cap raise of $4.5m. The shadow of the cap raise may not be that ominous in the light of the possibility.
