Sorry to sound SO green compared to all you "pros" that post on here but..... when the buy side is sitting at 16.5 and no less WHY would anyone post a "sell" at 15.0 or 16.0 ??? Am I missing something here ??? Is it so they are guaranteed to sell quickly and free up funds or something ??
i just don't get it ??
