If there is to be Walyering gas by end of March then some events need to happen in the next six weeks.
— Set up construction site.
— Civil works and concrete platform
— Major vessel erection and associated piping.
— Power and automation/control wiring
— Complete workover of holes
— Testing. Auditing. Assume some contractual, legal and regulatory steps.
Seems very tight to me.
If the project plan cannot be compressed any further (let's say the project plan is 8 weeks long) then the operator needs to inform the market their recent statements of gas by Q1 is no longer valid.
I anticipate a project delay notice soon, due to "regulatory delays beyond the control of the operator".
