Now explain to me why mum and dad waste there time trying to make a couple of hundred bucks here or there or if they are lucky make a gorilla here or they . By investing in that stratergy they will be working 9/5 till they are in the 90s I'm more of the type of taking a punt here in there buying 6 figures lots then holding for pay day. Sure if I need to borrow the funds I do it
