I don’t think it has much to do with the news…
More like the SP momentum….
The smart money (traders) sold out in the 1.70s
The volume of buyers to sell to at those prices (punters) had dried up.
So the big money traders who pushed the SP so hard so fast are clearing their positions whilst they are still ahead.
Hence the dump.
Once they are done… volume will drop…
The dust will settle…
And buying will be good value again.
Just my thoughts.
