politics - look how hard we are on this nasty foreign business - we will make them respect our country & environment & need your votes

economics - we will punish & fine & force this nasty foreign business to pay for clean up & safe operation

judicial - this nasty foreign business must fight in court - we are taking them to court & making them sweat & the court will uphold our laws & protect our country

eventually.....

they have spent enough cash inside & outside of court for now & so can continue to operate if they respect our country & rights to bleed them of cash despite inviting & approving their LAMP & actively trashing our own country through deforestation over recent years

Extended cash grab knowing Lynas is ramping up cracking & leaching in WA & Texas DoD supported processing plant

but also opportunity to grab cash before allowing Lynas to keep LAMP running & paying for the privelige

LAMP is a becoming a thorn in our side however......

without LAMP Lynas would not be in USA now & not be backed by Japan still & not have capitalised on REE demand & finally Oz pollies realise Lynas is critical to Australia & allied countries & can operate safely in Australia

I am anti nuclear but the rubbish lobbying & setting up of nuclear storage in SA poses much higher risk than low level radioactive waste byproduct from cracking & leaching of Mt Weld ores

I am still holding despite ongoing PIA of LAMP games
