Just flew in to Hedland & read this getting off the plane.
Not much to add to this -
• Shifting focus back to the TIVAN process, not H2 (which in itself is a tricky gas to deal with)
• The value engineering was well progressed for Middle Arm - although no mention of SMS, I'm almost certain they have played an important role in ensuring confidence around this integrating into the MASDP.
• When the MASDP was announced it certainly seemed that TVN were out there on their own, doing their own thing. I like that they are now part of a broader approach to the development of Middle Arm, shared infrastructure, water, possibly rail, permitting etc.
• This feeds into the TIVAN refinery being a potential customer of emerging businesses in this precinct & around the NT rather than going out on their own adding to the NPI overhead (including engineering, project management etc) - for instance Solar power, battery storage, Hydrogen from another party as they are continuing to work with Metso Outotec (this was endorsed by SMS some time back from memory) utilising H2 in the process & I'm sure there are other businesses which will start up to be a supplier to the refinery. Allowing TVN to focus on the core process.
• Particularly like the link up with the uni. I know that UWA plays a big part in the WA mining/value add industry.

We're on a journey with this company again.
