Correct. Dougal has said that all shipments will be shared and the JV will earn half. So yes PLL was supposed to get 113,000 or 50%, whatever greater, but in the ramp up period (which they estimate is only 6 months), it will be shared. So going forward from 2024 (calendar year) the 50% and full 113,000 will not be an issue, because they aim to be shipping the 226,000 pa from Jan next year.
