Who owns Inter Mining? The IM of ME-IM (Mota Engil - Inter Mining).
I understood its a Malian Company? Joint venture with Mota Engil (Spanish or Portuguese?)
If too much stuff is contracted out in mines, how much control do you really have is the big question mark.
All the drilling thats been done, I presume this data is owned by Morila SA, so they could go down a path of picking all the low hanging fruit to cover a fair bit of the creditor payments outstanding. Keep in mind the invoiced amount and cost of service amount will be quite different - Cost of Services provided, NO profit collected.
Flog off the plant as @WoodySpoon suggests could bring some coin in.
Throw a few small creditors under a truck as long as IM is looked after, and Morila closes down in time for Goulamina to go full on mining, well DSO for a start. 3 Months will get things close.
Keep in mind ME-IM appear to be doing the ground works at Goulimina, so I doubt anyone wants to upset the applecart too much.
Just my thoughts.
On the Treadstone "Process", I very much doubt anyone will offer to pick up FFX as a whole while still holding shares in Morila SA. Which is why FFX keeps mentioning selling Morila, more likely transfer the holding off our books, then we could go "off to the races".
More likely if we still hold Morila shares, is pick up an asset to be able to trade, or someone offers to buy off market shares from desperate holders who need capital. Covers the liquidity issue for those that this is a priority.
