it could possibly change the dynamic in relation to how much Loy Yang might want for the coal they are providing.
Perhaps Loy Yang may have been factoring in some benefit from using some bce themselves running off the back of an ets. Now there is no ETS does that change the figures that are required to be punched into the equation.
Life would be much easier if Tincom owned the coal.
