All it takes is for example to ask your contractor to release drilling results on particular date when market conditions favours the SP, also by keeping TA of the stock in mind. How many times we have seen major news released during overcooked SP or momentum? It is almost always the case, that the news get released almost taylor made keeping TA in mind. It is impossible for the company of not aware of type of results they gonna get during drilling ( for example). So, technically they are still following disclosure requirements. However, the reality is far different then basic demand and supply to determine SP.
