i went back to when the SP was 3.5 and the initial cap raise that started the avalanche to the SP

it is amazing the OPs that were both positive and negative back then have almost all gone but the comments around management, selling land etc are all there - imho this was the 'turning' point for BRK a lot of OPs seemed to have gotten burnt

we essentially talk about the same crap 2 years straight and seen nothing but SP depreciation

im not having ago at BRK or management but it is funny reading some of the old comments from when this company was 'actually' looking like a good place to invest your money and how it turned into a such a mutt for so many

needless to say it is their loss if they didn't get out in time. We have 50-60m market cap there is enough potential upside to see how this goes but lets call a spade a spade in 2 years management have seen the SP drop from 3.5 to 1.2 and done jack all they probably arent keeping 'any cards' close to there chest - i personally think this is what it is we probably wont see 3 cents against but 2 cents maybe one day
